Shopping Cart Recall
The ECSC will now
remember what was in your shopping cart if you accidentally leave without checking out.
The next time you log in the ECSC will automatically recall your shopping cart. Remember
to clear your Shopping Cart if you don't want it saved.
Print your own
Receipt during final checkout
At the final check out
screen there is a link to display a printable copy of the order confirmation. This is in
addition to the email confirmation the ECSC automatically sends you.

Customer Quotation Request Form

Simply fill out the form below with the item(s) you wish a quotation on and then click the send button and it will be emailed to us. We will process the quotation and email it back to you.

Inventory
Control
This feature allows
you to control your inventory. Here is an example. Lets say that for Itemcode DIX B9 you
set the Min to 3, the Max to 10 and you only have 2 on hand. Enter this quantity
"2" in the On Hand category and click on the Process button. Since you have less
than the minimum the ECSC will automatically bring up the Shopping Cart and will order 8
of that item code bringing you back to the Maximum number you set for that item.
You do this by
following the steps listed below.
1. Login
2. Click on the Orderpad link
3. Click on the Inventory Link

In this window, you will find links to, Modify Min/Max Values, Enter Counts, and Print Count Sheet, as well as a link that takes you back to the main ECSC page.

The Modify Min/Max Values link brings up the screen below which allows you to set the "Minimum and Maximum" levels you want to keep on hand. The items that show up here are the same items that you use for your Orderpad. When you are done setting the "Min/Max" values, click on "process" and it brings you back to the main inventory level.
The Enter Count link brings up the screen shown below which you use to enter the number of items you have on hand for that part number.

The "Print Count Sheet" link brings up a printable copy of the items you have set Min/Max Values for. The count sheet has the Itemcode, Description and On-Hand columns. You can then print this sheet and use it to put the number of items you currently have on hand for that Itemcode.
